Israel Launches Major Fundraising Campaign for Children Orphaned on Oct. 7
The Wrapped in Love association and Bank Hapoalim's Bit app launched a campaign to support 573 children who lost parents on October 7.

Three years after the October 7 massacre, the "Wrapped in Love" (ICF) association and Bank Hapoalim's Bit application launched a special fundraising campaign on Wednesday to secure support and well-being for 573 children and young people who lost a parent on Black Saturday.
Nationwide Fundraising Campaign
Starting today and running until October 14, the Bit app features a direct donation option via a dedicated button on its homepage. Simultaneously, from October 7 to October 14, a broad fundraising campaign will take place at the checkouts of the Shufersal supermarket chain across the country and on its online platform. Donations can also be made directly through the ICF association's website.
"There is no way to replace a parent, but there is a way to be there for the children left behind without one," said Miri Yaacobi Horovitz, CEO of the "Wrapped in Love" association.
Long-Term Commitment to Youth
Yaacobi Horovitz emphasized the long-term nature of the assistance, noting that the organization is committed to supporting the children and young adults for the next 27 years until they reach age 30, helping them build independent and fulfilling lives.
Established days after October 7, the association provides a comprehensive support package including financial aid, resilience building, educational guidance, and professional accompaniment through critical life milestones.
