A 29-year-old resident of Nof HaGalil, Khizam Sutri, has been formally charged with assaulting an elderly woman and running over another neighbor who filmed the incident during a mass street brawl involving approximately 15 people. The indictment was filed at the Magistrate's Court in Nof HaGalil-Nazareth.

According to the investigation, the violent disturbance erupted on October 10 when Sutri, who was visiting family members in the neighborhood, became involved in a large-scale altercation between local residents. Investigators stated that Sutri punched an elderly woman, causing facial injuries, and attacked several other neighbors before getting into his vehicle.

As he attempted to flee the scene, Sutri drove his car into a female neighbor who was recording his actions on her phone, inflicting multiple fractures. He then fled without rendering medical assistance. Police subsequently arrested Sutri when he arrived at the station to file a counter-complaint claiming he was the victim. Investigators determined that only Sutri committed criminal offenses during the incident, leading to charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and multiple traffic violations.
