Hostage survivor Noa Argamani shared a poignant Instagram post reflecting on friends murdered on October 7, expressing the pain of their absence.

Noa Argamani, a survivor of Hamas captivity, shared painful memories on Instagram regarding her friends who were murdered and fell on October 7 and in subsequent battles. In her post, she described visiting cemeteries and expressed the profound difficulty of coping with their absence as society attempts to return to routine.
At the center of her tribute, she remembered her friend Ori Tchernichovsky, who was murdered at the Nova music festival. Argamani noted that the sense of loss intensifies over time, explaining the growing gap between her reality and peers who have moved on with their lives in Tel Aviv.
She also honored Captain Roee Biber, who fell in combat. Argamani reflected on how her fallen friends remain an eternal memory of an innocent past, emphasizing the daily struggle to live alongside the enduring pain while looking toward the future.
