Chef Moshik Roth has officially launched the first branch of FRANKCO by Moshik Roth, a new hot dog brand developed over a year and a half. Roth and his team spent months perfecting the flavors, raw materials, textures, and toppings to create a premium product.

The Menu and Preparation

The menu features sausages made from select cuts of meat. Each sausage undergoes a two-step preparation process right in front of the customer: first baked in an oven and then finished on a grill, giving it a unique crust. Alongside the sausages, the venue offers Dutch fries topped with slow-cooked beef stew.

The launch menu includes three signature hot dog dishes, each priced at 45 shekels:

  • Chicken Sausage: Served on pulled meat stew, gochujang aioli, cucumber salad, sesame, and fried onions.

  • Veal Sausage: Topped with beef ragout, preserved lemon aioli, fried cauliflower, and fresh herbs.

  • Choripan Sausage: Served with cabbage in chimichurri, garlic confit aioli, and toasted almonds.

FRANKCO was born out of my desire to restore respect to the hot dog and turn it into a dish I am proud to serve, just like any dish coming out of my kitchen, said Chef Moshik Roth.

Location and Opening Hours

The first branch is located at the Menora Mivtahim Arena plaza near the parking area, taking over a space previously used as ticket counters that underwent a complete architectural overhaul.

The venue is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, and on Saturday nights, it opens about an hour after the end of Shabbat.
