Minor Surrenders to Police Over Attack in Palestinian Village of Qusra
A minor wanted for the attack in the Palestinian village of Qusra turned himself in to the police. Seven suspects have been arrested in the ongoing joint police and Shin Bet investigation.
A minor and resident of the Samaria region who was on the run surrendered to the police this morning and was arrested in connection with the attack in the Palestinian village of Qusra.
The suspect was transferred for questioning to the joint inter-agency headquarters of the Judea and Samaria District of the Israel Police and the Shin Bet. Tomorrow, the police are expected to bring him before the court to request an extension of his detention to continue the investigation.
As part of the investigation into the severe attack, several arrest warrants have been issued against additional suspects. The security establishment emphasizes that efforts to collect evidence, gather testimonies, and locate all suspects are ongoing in order to bring them to justice.
So far, seven suspects have been arrested in the case and more than 10 individuals have been questioned. In addition, police and Shin Bet investigators seized vehicles suspected of being used by the perpetrators during the attack. The investigation continues.
