Maayan Adam's Mami Club Sells Out Greek Real Estate Project From €99,000
The Mami consumer club, founded by Maayan Adam, sold out an entire building in Greece's HORIZA LOUTRAKI project. Beachfront apartments were offered to members starting at €99,000.
The Mami consumer club, founded by Israeli TV presenter Maayan Adam, continues to expand its real estate operations with a new project in Greece. Apartments in the development were offered exclusively to club members starting at €99,000.
Upon opening the sales to Mami club members, high demand for the HORIZA LOUTRAKI project led to the sale of an entire building for tens of millions of shekels. This marks the third real estate venture led by the club for its members, following two previous highly successful campaigns.
Premium Beachfront Development
The HORIZA LOUTRAKI project, launched last month in collaboration with the Palmo Group and tourism company Kishrey Teufa, involves the conversion and renovation of an existing hotel building in Loutraki into a complex of 75 private beachfront apartments.

The purchase price includes full furnishing and appliances, purchase tax, notary fees, and land registry registration. Owners also have the option to place their apartments in a tourist rental management program when not in use.
In addition to the purchase terms, Mami members who buy a property receive a benefit package including a two-night weekend trip for two to Greece, a $1,000 voucher for Kishrey Teufa, and 10,000 Mami Money coins for use in the Mami Store.
A Proven Track Record
