Hapoel Be'er Sheva to face Juventus and Besiktas in the Europa League
The Israeli champion was drawn against one of the biggest empires on the continent. They will also face Bournemouth, AZ Alkmaar, Dinamo Zagreb, Union Saint-Gilloise, Celta Vigo, and OFI Crete. Anan Khalaili and Crystal Palace will face Lyon and Real Sociedad.
After the painful elimination in the Champions League qualifiers against Azerbaijan's Sabah, Hapoel Be'er Sheva will try to start a new path in the Europa League. The league phase draw held on Friday has set up a series of intriguing and difficult matches for the Israeli champion.

Crystal Palace and Anan Khalaili will face Real Sociedad (home), Lyon (away), Sparta Prague (home), Salzburg (away), Lech Poznan (home), Jagiellonia (away), Hoffenheim (home), and Besiktas (away).
Gabi Kanichowsky and Ferencvaros will face Juventus (home), Milan (away), Viktoria Plzen (home), Celtic (away), Celje (home), Lech Poznan (away), Tromso (home), and Hoffenheim (away).
Kareem Zoabi and Tromso will face Olympiacos (home), Real Sociedad (away), Celtic (home), Ferencvaros (away), Sunderland (home), Lech Poznan (away), Ararat (home), and Lillestrom (away).
In the new league system, there are no groups, but a draw that arranges for each team a match against two opponents from each of the four pots (nine teams in each pot). It is not possible to play twice away or twice at home against opponents from the same pot, meaning four home matches in Bucharest and four away matches. The first round matches will be held on September 16-17. The final round will take place on January 28, 2027. The final will take place on May 26, 2027, in Frankfurt.
