Gold Bond Group in 121 Million Shekel Acquisition Deal
Gold Bond Group reports the acquisition of Shaham Guy's operations, a company generating tens of millions in annual revenue. Details regarding financing and the timeline for completion have been disclosed.

Gold Bond Group has announced a deal to acquire the entire operations of Shaham Guy, a company engaged in transport services, crane operations, warehousing, and logistics. The acquisition is valued at approximately 121 million shekels plus VAT, subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent stipulated in the agreement.
Under the terms of the deal, Gold Bond will pay an advance of 12.1 million shekels (10% of the total consideration) within three days of receiving approval from the Competition Authority. The closing date is set for early February 2027, at which time the balance will be paid.
Gold Bond intends to fund the acquisition through its own cash reserves, bank credit facilities, or other available financing, including potential public debt issuance via bonds. Shaham Guy reported revenues of approximately 80 million shekels in 2025, compared to 76 million shekels in 2024, with a net profit of about 15 million shekels in both years.
