The controversial adult content star Bonnie Blue (real name Tia Billingher, 27) is once again stirring up a storm online, this time from the delivery room. The British OnlyFans model announced that she gave birth to her first son via cesarean section in the luxury "Lindo" wing of St. Mary's Hospital in London.

The arrival of the baby surprised some of her fans, as Blue had previously claimed that her due date was scheduled for late October or early November. It now turns out that the baby was born prematurely, following a mass event she held on February 7, during which she claimed to have had unprotected sex with about 400 men.

In a video posted on TikTok directly from her hospital bed, Blue shared her feelings after the surgery:

"I gave birth, I'm okay. The baby is very healthy. It was painful, but less than I thought."

She added that she is excited about motherhood and the future she will be able to provide for her son.

Despite the birth, Blue clarifies that she does not intend to take a long break from her business activities. She has already shared documentation of her body and the cesarean scar, clarifying that she intends to return to her busy work schedule in about five weeks. Alongside this, she stated that for safety reasons she does not intend to post pictures of the baby on social media and will insist on flying on a private plane when traveling abroad.

If you thought 400 was a lot, it is small for her; the OnlyFans star holds a particularly dubious world record. In January 2025, she made headlines after claiming she had sex with 1,057 men within 12 hours in London.
