The Israeli national team secured its first point in the UEFA Nations League campaign on Thursday evening, playing to a 0:0 draw against Kosovo in a home match played in Debrecen. Despite avoiding another heavy defeat, the squad walked away with a sense of missed opportunity after failing to capitalize on several clear scoring chances.

"It was very important for us to be more aggressive, to show fighting spirit and energy. Quality in the attack was lacking – that falls on me and my teammates," said Manor Solomon. The star player added that the team created multiple absolute scoring opportunities but failed to convert them, emphasizing exhaustion and minor injuries carried by the players.

Looking ahead to the upcoming rematch against Ireland, Solomon expressed confidence in the squad's ability to bounce back. Israel remains hopeful about competing for the top two spots in Group 3 of League B, provided they can sharpen their finishing in the final third.
