A severe indictment will be filed on Friday against Inbar Kahlon, 36, from moshav Porat, on suspicion of running over and killing 48-year-old Amos Guetta about a week and a half ago. The charges include reckless homicide, fleeing the scene of an accident, and drunk driving.

According to the police, Guetta was walking on a dirt path near the moshav on Saturday night when Kahlon swerved off the road, struck him, and fled the scene. Shortly afterward, police officers arrived at Kahlon's home, where they located her BMW vehicle bearing signs of impact. A breathalyzer test allegedly indicated she was under the influence of alcohol.

During her interrogation, Kahlon denied driving under the influence, claiming she only consumed alcohol after returning home.

At a hearing held today at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court, the police submitted a prosecutor's statement indicating the indictment will also include charges of driving at an unreasonable speed and lane deviation. Judge Oren Boaz extended her detention until Friday.

The indictment will be filed at the Lod District Court, and the prosecution is expected to request her detention until the end of legal proceedings.
