Reality TV star Eviatar Dangur revealed in a recent podcast that his father tragically took his own life following the death of his mother, discussing the profound impact of untreated depression.
Eviatar Dangur, who starred in the eighth season of the reality show Married at First Sight, opened up in a podcast with journalist Miki Levin from TMI about his father's tragic suicide following the death of his mother.
"My father loved my mother with all his soul. She was his everything. The moment she passed away, my father shattered. Over time, you could see the deterioration born from that deep pain, until he too was gone," Dangur shared.
He added that his father suffered from untreated depression. Dangur admitted that the tragedy profoundly impacted his life and relationship patterns, noting that as a defense mechanism, he often closes himself off when feeling vulnerable. Today, Dangur is an educational entrepreneur and the founder of the 'Porshim Kanaf' initiative for youth financial education.
