Einat Ehrlich Announces Brain Cancer Diagnosis

Well-known Israeli television host Einat Ehrlich, 57, has revealed that she is facing a serious medical challenge after being diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM), an aggressive brain tumor.

Ehrlich shared the news with her followers on Instagram alongside photos from Ichilov Hospital, where she is surrounded by friends and medical staff. "The day has come when my body told me otherwise. That I am no longer healthy. This week I was diagnosed with GBM, glioblastoma — brain cancer. Words I never thought I would ever write about myself," she wrote.

Successful Surgery and Support

Despite the shock, Ehrlich noted that she underwent a complex and successful surgery to remove the tumor, performed by Dr. Tal Shahar and Dr. Naomi Kahana Levi at Ichilov Hospital.

"I know the rumors are flying and therefore I choose to share from the bottom of my heart that while there is fear in me — of course there is fear — there is anger and sadness. But I have never been so connected to the amount of love and giving surrounding me."

She expressed deep gratitude to her family, including her daughters Libi and Mia, her former partner, her sister Os, her brother Yoram, and her partner, American entrepreneur Jonathan Allman, 46, as well as her close friends.

Journey to Healing

Ehrlich emphasized her lifelong commitment to health, natural living, and listening to her body. Armed with this philosophy and surrounded by a vast network of support, she expressed determination to overcome the diagnosis.

"Wrapped and safe in all of these, thank God, I am now beginning a journey to healing. I will use everything I have learned over the years about listening to the body and the power of a person. And I have strength. A lot of strength. I am strong, I am good, I am on my feet. And I will win. There is no other option!"
