Degel HaTorah is reportedly exploring a strategy to mobilize seminary students for election day operations, aiming to bypass legal hurdles and maintain high voter turnout in the ultra-Orthodox sector.

With traditional election-day infrastructure shifting, the party requires a significantly larger workforce on the ground to contact voters and encourage turnout. However, state-funded educational institutions cannot officially direct students to engage in partisan political work.

To circumvent this legal obstacle, the party is considering channeling the directive through rabbinical leadership rather than school administrators. Participation would be framed as voluntary independent volunteering rather than an official institutional mandate.
