The King of Toro in western Uganda, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, passed away on Friday at the age of 34, the kingdom's prime minister announced. Nyimba was crowned king in 1995, when he was only 3 years old, becoming the youngest reigning monarch in the world at the time.
