Protest activists placed posters late Monday night condemning Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana near his home, along the path leading to the school where his children study. The Speaker announced the incident this morning on his social media accounts.

The posters featured slogans such as: "There is no atonement for the collaborator of the Hamas financier" and "Collaborator of robbery and looting." Responding to the display, Amir Ohana wrote:

"There is no camp as violent, despicable, and ugly-souled as the camp capable of tarnishing the first day of school for my children, Ella and David, who are entering the sixth grade this morning. The posters cover the entire route from home to school. This is not intended for me — it is intended for them, their classmates, and the school."

"Is this the image of the country we want to live in? Is this how we want to resolve the political disputes between us? It is in your hands," the Knesset Speaker added. "Good luck to all the students of Israel, and also to my dear Ella and David."
