Cafe Nina Owner and Nataly Dadon End Years-Long Legal Battle With Settlement
A 1.1 million shekel defamation lawsuit between Cafe Nina owner Eyal Levingt and influencer Nataly Dadon concludes with a court-suggested settlement involving no financial payments.

After a legal battle lasting about three and a half years, a 1.1 million shekel lawsuit filed by Eyal Levingt, owner of Cafe Nina, against celebrity and influencer Nataly Dadon has come to an end with a court-recommended settlement. The Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court recommended that both sides resolve the dispute without any financial compensation exchanged between them.
The high-profile feud began back in May 2023, when Dadon posted footage from an altercation with Levingt, claiming he refused to let her enter the café due to her political views and allegedly hurled insults at her. Levingt countered that he did not recognize her at the time and merely asked her to leave after she disrupted the venue's operations by changing clothes on-site and blocking customers.
Immediately following the incident, Dadon sent a warning letter prior to filing a lawsuit, demanding an apology and 280,000 shekels in damages for alleged discrimination and defamation. Four months later, tensions escalated further when Levingt filed a countersuit against Dadon for 1.1 million shekels, arguing that her social media posts severely damaged his business.
Now, following evidentiary hearings and cross-examinations, the Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court has advised the parties to reach an understanding that leaves neither party paying damages to the other, as Dadon's original claim is expected to be dropped under the agreement. Dadon's legal team stated that they welcomed the outcome, noting Levingt's agreement to apologize and retract his previous remarks.
