British singer Boy George, currently visiting Israel for a special concert tour, met with Rachel Edri from Ofakim, whose home was taken over by Hamas terrorists on October 7. The meeting took place during George's tour of southern Israel.

George, who recently reaffirmed his public support for Israel and spoke out against the backlash he faced, embraced Edri during the emotional encounter. Edri expressed her gratitude, saying the meeting made everything worth it, to which the star replied, "God bless you."

The singer's concert tour continues at the Menora Mivtachim Arena, with upcoming shows scheduled through next week. At George's specific request, his second performance in Israel will be dedicated to the Nova community and their families.

Earlier in the day, Boy George held a press conference at the Nova festival site accompanied by philanthropist Sylvan Adams, representatives of the Tribe of Nova community association, released hostages, festival survivors, and a bereaved father representing grieving families. A few months ago, George released a song titled "We Will Dance Again" in support of Israel, featuring footage of the young victims of the massacre.
