The local culinary scene is preparing for a particularly intriguing launch: beloved chef Aviv Moshe will open "Zevulun" this coming October, a new Mediterranean culinary venture located at 2 Habonim Street in Herzliya Pituah, right facing the shoreline in one of Israel's most sought-after locations.
The concept of the chef's new venue draws direct inspiration from the marine environment, offering a rich menu based on fresh fish and seafood produce. The heart of the kitchen will feature open-fire cooking, utilizing a charcoal grill and a massive stone oven, giving dishes deep smoky flavors and rapid high-temperature roasting.
This new project marks another phase in the career of Aviv Moshe, who managed the elite Tel Aviv restaurant "Messa" for over a decade. Now, Moshe is focusing his culinary passion on a unique dining experience by the sea.
