Victoria Beckham's fashion and cosmetics company has reported profitability for the first time. According to a statement released by Victoria Beckham Holdings, the company's revenue rose in 2025 by 15% to 129.8 million pounds (175.8 million dollars), compared to 112.7 million pounds the previous year. This is the fifth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth.

In addition, the company reported an operating profit of 7.3 million pounds, partly due to cost reductions. This is the first time since the company's founding in 2008 that it has reported a positive operating profit. For comparison, in 2024 it reported a loss of 1.6 million pounds.

Beckham's fashion collections "enjoyed high demand across all categories," the company stated. The cosmetics division also had a successful year. The shift to profitability comes at a difficult time for the luxury sector, which is dealing with unstable consumer demand due to the rising cost of living and geopolitical uncertainty.

"We have all worked very hard for a long time to reach this moment of profitability and growth," Beckham told the Financial Times. "We have been completely transparent about the problems we had in the business, but we have recovered and are now growing at a reasonable pace. After 20 years, people no longer view my brand as a celebrity brand."

The strong performance also followed the appointment of two new executives to the brand last year: Sibylle Dericarr-Lonel, who moved from Dior Couture and serves as head of the fashion division, and Luan Aldman, who is responsible for the beauty business. Victoria and her husband David Beckham are the controlling shareholders of the company. Nine years ago, the company NEO Investments joined as an investor and currently holds 30% of the company's shares.

Although the brand needed about 17 years to reach profitability, there is no reason to worry about Beckham's financial situation. Her and her husband's personal wealth is estimated at 1.6 billion dollars, according to The Times' ranking of the wealthiest people in Britain.
