A raid by the Samaria District Crime Fighting Unit on several locations in Tayibe led to the arrest of six suspects. Police seized dozens of boxes containing substances suspected to be cannabis and ecstasy, alongside five vehicles worth approximately 600,000 shekels, about 25,000 shekels in cash, and 21 mobile phones.

A suspect in his 30s was arrested following a shooting in central Jaffa, found with a loaded pistol, and prosecutors announced today they intend to file charges. In Tayibe, another suspect was arrested after attempting to flee and discarding a bag containing a Glock pistol, two full magazines, and gloves.

Raids conducted in Tayibe and Qalansawe led to the arrest of 18 illegal aliens, some after they attempted to flee upon the arrival of forces. In other locations, a Glock pistol, ammunition, magazines, and 77,800 shekels in cash were located. Alongside these, airsoft weapons and a substance suspected to be cannabis were also seized.

During a police search in Tayibe, a bag containing two Glock pistols, magazines, ammunition, and a black mask was found on the roof of a building. Two young men were arrested, and three other residents were detained for questioning.

A 54-year-old driver from Tayibe was caught on Highway 60 driving while disqualified for the seventh time. The vehicle, which had safety defects, was impounded, and the court ordered his detention until the end of the proceedings.

A 57-year-old resident of Tira was shot to death this Wednesday evening in Tayibe. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. Police from the Sharon District have cordoned off the area and launched a manhunt, citing an ongoing blood feud as the likely motive.

The State Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against 30-year-old Mahmoud Bashara from Tira for the premeditated murder of Baker Nasirat and the attempted murder of his cousin in Tayibe last month.
