Hezbollah is promoting military activity in southern Lebanon under the guise of civilian organizations identified with it, a new study reveals. For example, the "Wataawunu" association, which ostensibly deals with food and housing aid, is reported to serve as the organization's "soft arm." The activity contradicts the framework agreement and exploits the limitations of the Lebanese army.

Lebanese media reported strikes in the Ad-Dabsha, Sarbin, and Al-Qantara areas. Shortly before, the Kiryat Shmona municipality announced that explosion sounds might be heard: "Planned activity by our forces."

According to "An-Nahar", Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the possibility of Hezbollah transferring its heavy weaponry to Iran under Turkish-Iranian coordination. The framework includes a full Israeli withdrawal from Southern Lebanon. The organization has yet to respond to the proposal.

The Lebanese Army reported that a soldier was lightly wounded in an IDF strike against a bulldozer in Al-Mansouri. The incident follows a deadly encounter in Majdal Zoun, where two IDF soldiers were killed earlier this week.
