Selective Enforcement

The family of a 16-year-old minor and his lawyer claim that about a week ago, an Arab motorcyclist attacked a group of Jewish teenagers returning from the 'Sivuv HaShearim' (Gates Tour). However, the minor who attempted to protect his friends was the only one arrested following the incident.
