Rental Housing

Prashkovsky has signed a strategic agreement with Migdal Insurance and Finance to sell half of its rights in three long-term rental housing projects. The projects, which include about 800 housing units, will yield a profit of about 111 million shekels for Prashkovsky.

Following a series of failed tenders in Nahariya, Jaljulia, and Tel Aviv, the Israel Land Authority has successfully marketed land in Yavne. The Reisdor company won the bid to construct 104 long-term rental apartments.
