A massive and luxurious new branch of the Asian chain Frame is set to open on HaBarzel Street in Tel Aviv, taking over the location formerly occupied by the Shipudei Tzipora kebab shop. The chain's veteran branch on Raoul Wallenberg Street will close as part of this transition.
