Ronen Ganon, owner of Zol Stock, has received antitrust approval to acquire a 70% stake in Multi Retail Group for 168 million shekels, paving the way for a merger into a 155-store retail group.

Multi Retail, owner of ACE, Auto Depot, and Betili, concludes the first half of 2026 with a 175% jump in EBITDA. This comes shortly after the agreement was signed to sell control of the company to the Ganon Group.

Businessman Ronen Ganon is acquiring a 69.9% stake in Multi Retail for 166 million shekels. The deal values the company at 238 million shekels, representing a 60% premium over its Tel Aviv Stock Exchange valuation.
