Matzlawi

The chairman and controlling shareholder of the Matzlawi company sold 4.5% of the company's shares to repay a loan taken when purchasing the stake of Eliyahu Knapler. The transaction was carried out at a price reflecting high confidence in the company's strategy.

This involves the demolition of two buildings including 30 residential units and 14 commercial units on Ussishkin Street in the city. The old apartments will be replaced by a new project including 82 residential units and 16 shops in a 7-story building above a commercial floor.
