Only a year ago, the Accountant General moved the government's "Israel Bonds" issues from Ireland to Luxembourg, and now Israel will have to find another solution. The arguments for the move are apparently technical, but behind the scenes, political pressure was applied to "punish" Israel for its policy in the war.
