Israeli singer and creator Ninet Tayeb celebrates her 43rd birthday, looking back at over two decades of remarkable musical milestones, iconic television moments, and major commercial endorsement deals.

From a painful rejection at a famous audition to life in an ultra-Orthodox home and a surprising relationship kept secret for two years, one of Israel's leading creators celebrates his birthday and surprises his fans.

In an interview with "Ulpan Shishi", the singer addressed her original choice for the 2003 finale, which was planned to be a completely different song than "Yam Shel Dmaot" (Sea of Tears) and was replaced at the last minute: "One such fateful decision. I don't know if I would have won".
