Khirbet Khumsa

The military appeals committee in Judea and Samaria accepted the appeal of Tal Yinon Dardik against his administrative house arrest order, ruling that the state cannot force his mother-in-law to host him. The committee ordered the IDF to find an alternative, suggesting the state rent an apartment for him. Dardik is currently on a hunger strike.
