The KKL-JNF board of directors has approved a 190 million NIS investment package for environmental, infrastructure, and community development projects in the South. Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky emphasized that strengthening the region is a top national priority.

The Likud party has appealed to the State Comptroller, claiming that the public support of KKL-JNF Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky for Gadi Eisenkot and the "Yashar!" party constitutes an "illegal contribution" by KKL-JNF to the election campaign. Ostrinsky strongly rejected the claims, arguing that it is "one of the most baseless and delusional claims I have ever encountered."

Nearly 900 million shekels will be invested over three years in programs for infrastructure, housing, and education in Israel's North. This follows nearly a billion shekels already approved earlier this year. KKL-JNF Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky stated that the organization provides immediate funding where state processes are often delayed.

Deputy Minister Almog Cohen has appealed to the Central Elections Committee, claiming that KKL Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky used the organization's resources for political propaganda. Ostrinsky rejected the allegations, clarifying that his statements were made on personal accounts and asserting his right to express political views.
