Israeli startup Encore AI has developed a technology called Interaction Mining that analyzes the work patterns of top-performing employees and replicates them across the company using artificial intelligence.

Encore AI has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round. The investment is notable for the participation of the company's own clients, who chose to back the firm after experiencing the platform's impact on their operations.
