Pro-Iranian Hacker Group Handala Claims Infiltration of IDF Military Bases
Pro-Iranian hacker group Handala claimed it infiltrated IDF bases and recorded military facilities, though security experts found no technical proof supporting the allegations.

The pro-Iranian hacker group Handala claimed on Wednesday that its operatives successfully infiltrated IDF bases and recorded classified military facilities. According to the group, the footage was gathered during recent conflicts, including meetings, command centers, and equipment storage.
Propaganda and Claims
The group released videos showing military areas, equipment, and soldiers inside bases. One clip features uniformed personnel watching television. Handala asserted that its members moved undetected within secure zones and compromised security cameras and sensors.
Security Context and Timing
Security experts note a lack of technical proof supporting the infiltration claims. The announcement coincides with heightened alert levels ordered by Eyal Zamir ahead of upcoming elections, as the group explicitly tied its psychological warfare campaign to Israeli politics.
"The publication is designed to undermine public trust during a sensitive political period," security officials stated.
