Israeli cloud security startup Upwind Security has rejected a $4 billion acquisition offer from Datadog, opting to remain independent following a recent $300 million funding round.

Cybersecurity firm Upwind Security has raised approximately $300 million, bringing its valuation to about $3.8 billion. The company has more than doubled its value in just a few months.
