Yuvalim Group Secures Permit for U-Park 2 Project in Petah Tikva
Yuvalim Group received a building permit for the U-Park 2 logistics and industrial project spanning 65,000 square meters in Petah Tikva's Segula industrial zone.
Yuvalim Group announced this week that it has received a building permit from the Petah Tikva Local Planning and Construction Committee for the U-Park 2 project in the Segula industrial zone.
The permit enables the project to advance to the execution phase. It will encompass approximately 65,000 square meters of gross industrial, logistics, storage, and commercial space.
The project is located on Ben Zion Galis Street on a 17.3-dunam plot, featuring a multi-use five-story building above a ground floor. Nachshon Bitzuo was selected as the contracting company.
Itzik Baruch of Yuvalim Group stated that obtaining the permit is a significant milestone. He noted strong demand in the central region for logistics, industry, and commercial spaces, especially given limited land supply.
Architectural design is credited to HQA Architects.
