Three Arrested in West Bank Operations for Weapons and Pollution
Three Palestinians were arrested in West Bank operations by the Judea Arrow unit for weapon possession, stone-throwing, and environmental pollution.
Three Palestinians were arrested this morning during operations by the Judea Arrow unit in the West Bank on suspicion of weapons possession, stone-throwing, firebombing, and environmental pollution. One suspect, a resident of Dir Samet in his 40s, was arrested after allegedly filming himself dumping sewage into stream beds and boasting about it on social media as a way to harm Israeli areas.
According to police, the suspect used his sewage tanker truck to pollute natural water sources, stating in one online video, "These are our actions that we are proud of." Judea Arrow fighters, assisted by the Civil Administration inspection unit and intelligence guidance, raided his home this morning, arrested him, and confiscated his tanker.
In a separate operation assisted by IDF Etzion Brigade forces, a 52-year-old resident of Bethlehem was arrested after a search of his home yielded a Glock pistol, a magazine, and ammunition. The suspect was transferred for interrogation by the Judea Arrow unit.
Additionally, an 18-year-old resident of Sa'ir was arrested on suspicion of involvement in popular terror incidents, including throwing stones and firebombs at security forces on July 1 and April 10. He was also transferred for interrogation and will face a remand hearing.
