An urban vacation in Tel Aviv spiraled into an offensive incident: a guest staying at a city hotel has filed a pre-lawsuit warning letter to the management following a severe violation of her privacy.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 19:00, while the guest was getting ready to go out and had just come out of the shower. While she was unclothed, a hotel employee suddenly entered her room to deliver towels—a service she had not requested and for which no prior notice was given. More serious is the fact that a 'Do Not Disturb' sign had been hung on the door handle in advance, clearly indicating that staff should not enter. This was reported by Daniel Amram.
The guest, who was left distraught, immediately turned to the hotel authorities, but according to her, she was met with complete disregard. Following the severe emotional distress and the violation of her sense of security, she sent a firm demand letter to the management last Friday. In it, she demands a full refund, compensation for emotional distress, and an official clarification from the hotel, with an explicit threat to file a lawsuit.
