Electra Consumer Products is deepening its operations in the fashion and lingerie sector. The company has completed the deal to acquire 50% of Inter Fashion for 10 million shekels. The company's owners, Yaakov Peretz, Shalom Muliov, and Roni Hardi, will continue to hold the remaining 50% together and remain key partners in leading its operations.

Inter Fashion is a retail company specializing in operating international fashion brands and holds the exclusive franchises in Israel for Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Tezenis.

Calzedonia, founded in Italy in 1986, specializes in swimwear, socks, and tights, alongside beachwear and complementary accessories. Intimissimi, founded in Italy in 1996, is a premium lingerie brand operating more than 1,650 stores worldwide. Tezenis, founded in 2003, is aimed at the general public and offers a variety of leisure wear and accessible, trendy fashion items.

Today, Inter Fashion operates 17 stores and an online site. The company is expected to end 2026 with a turnover of more than 40 million shekels. According to the business plan, Inter Fashion plans to double its revenues in the coming years by expanding online operations, deploying the brands, and opening dozens of new branches by the end of 2029.

The deal expands Electra Consumer Products' operations into the fashion and lingerie fields and strengthens the group's sports and leisure sector. The sector currently operates the brands Adidas, Columbia, Shvilim, Outsiders, and Rip Curl.

According to Lihia Frider Aflalo, Deputy CEO of Inter Fashion:

"The completion of the deal gives us the infrastructure and resources required to lead the brands to the next stage of their development in Israel. The connection between Inter Fashion's experience and knowledge of the local market and the retail and operational power of Electra Consumer Products will allow us to expand our footprint at an accelerated pace, strengthen online operations, and deepen the presence of each of the brands."

Frider Aflalo added: "Our goal is to open dozens of new stores by the end of 2029 and establish Inter Fashion as one of the significant and growing players in the fashion and lingerie industry in Israel."
