17-year-old female scooter rider hit by a vehicle in northern Tel Aviv - in serious condition
The teenager was hit on Bnei Efraim Street and suffered significant head and abdominal injuries. MADA teams provided initial medical treatment and evacuated her to Ichilov Hospital while she was in a state of clouded consciousness.

A 17-year-old girl was seriously injured today, Thursday, after apparently being hit by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter on Bnei Efraim Street in Tel Aviv.
At 15:59, a report was received at the MADA 101 emergency center in the Dan region regarding the accident. Medics and paramedics who were called to the scene provided the teenager with initial medical treatment and evacuated her in an intensive care ambulance to Ichilov Hospital, where she remains in serious and stable condition, suffering from head and abdominal injuries.
Paramedic from the MADA motorcycle unit Issachar Weiss and MADA medic Yosef Pesach stated: "The scooter rider was in a state of clouded consciousness and suffered significant head and abdominal injuries after apparently being hit by a vehicle. We provided her with initial medical treatment in the field, and while continuing treatment, we evacuated her in a MADA intensive care ambulance to the hospital, with her condition defined as serious and stable."
