Trump Tower Tbilisi Launches With $2 Billion Investment Milestone
Trump Tower Tbilisi was officially launched with an estimated $2 billion investment. Eric Trump highlighted the Georgian capital as a dynamic global investment destination.
The Trump Tower Tbilisi was officially launched yesterday as one of the most ambitious real estate projects in the country, featuring an investment volume of approximately $2 billion.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, attended the exclusive event and highlighted the monumental scale of the development. "This was the true first opportunity for people to see the scale and vision behind Trump Tower Tbilisi," he stated, recommending the Georgian capital as a prime destination for international investors.
A New Architectural Milestone for the Capital
The 62-story skyscraper will rise to approximately 280 meters, making it the tallest building in Georgia. The project is being developed in collaboration with the Trump Organization as part of the broader Downtown Tbilisi initiative. Key partners and developers include Archi Group, INVIA, and The Sapir Organization, alongside minority stakeholders such as Block Stone Capital, Finvest Georgia, and Vector Group.
"Today, more than one in four of our buyers is international, and this percentage continues to grow. Tbilisi reminds me of Dubai during its transformation into a global destination," said Ilia Tsulaia, co-founder and chairman of Archi Group.
The Scope of Downtown Tbilisi
Spanning eight hectares near the central park, Downtown Tbilisi is designed as a "city within a city." The master plan encompasses six towers and approximately 600,000 square meters of total built area.
