US President Donald Trump defended his military campaign against Iran in a Fox News interview, stating he has no regrets and destroyed Tehran's nuclear capabilities.

US President Дональд Трамп stated in an interview with Laura Ingraham on Fox News that he has no regrets regarding his administration's military campaign against Iran, asserting he would take the exact same actions if faced with the decision again.
"I don't believe in the word 'regret.' You can always second-guess yourself a little bit, and a few people asked me about that," Дональд Трамп said. "If I had to do it again, I would do exactly what I did. I destroyed their nuclear capability. Imagine if we had continued as usual, and suddenly Iran had nuclear weapons."
Assessing the Threat
The US President launched a sharp attack on the Iranian regime, claiming that possessing nuclear weapons would have led to their immediate use against regional and international targets.
"They are crazy, okay? I'm dealing with them. They are crazy, and they would have used it. They would have wiped out Израиль. They would have wiped out the Middle East. And they would have started hitting some of our cities too," he stated.
Control of the Strait and Oil Operations
Дональд Трамп also addressed US operations in the strategic waterway, noting that Washington maintains firm control over maritime traffic and energy flows.
"We are taking a lot of oil. Last night we took 22 ships out of the strait. We control the strait. They do not control the strait," he said, adding that US forces have disabled nine Iranian tankers and successfully intercepted recent missile salvos.
