Three liquidations in one day: IDF steps up pace in Gaza
Three terrorists were liquidated within one day in IDF strikes in Khan Yunis, Gaza City, and the central Gaza Strip. Against the backdrop of kite terror, Israel Katz convened the security leadership and demanded to increase the strikes.
Fighting in Gaza: The IDF carried out a liquidation of a terrorist in Khan Yunis today, Sunday, at approximately 17:00. According to local reports, an Air Force aircraft struck the target. The terrorist was killed, and a number of other locals were wounded. During the afternoon, the Air Force struck another terrorist in the center of Gaza City, who was also liquidated.
In the morning, the IDF struck a Hamas production facility and a terrorist engaged in restoring weaponry production capabilities. According to reports from Gaza, the terrorist was killed and several wounded were evacuated from the scene. The strike was carried out using a UAV against a structure located at the entrance to the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the center of the Strip.
The liquidations follow growing tension surrounding kite terror in the Gaza envelope. At the time of the operation in Khan Yunis, Defense Minister Israel Katz convened the security leadership this evening to discuss the increase in kite attacks. Earlier, the Defense Minister demanded that the IDF act forcefully against the phenomenon, including the liquidation of senior Hamas members.
