Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Closes Tuesday Session with Moderate Gains

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session with moderate gains across major indices. The Tel Aviv 35 Index rose by 0.02%, the Tel Aviv 90 Index added 0.72%, and the Tel Aviv 125 Index advanced by 0.17%.

Among sectoral indices, the Tel Aviv Industry Index led the gains with 0.78%, followed by Real Estate Overseas up 0.72%, Food up 0.70%, Real Estate Israel up 0.61%, and Real Estate up 0.54%. Conversely, the Tel Aviv Cleantech Index dropped by 0.62%, Renewable Energy fell 0.60%, Insurance and Financial Services slid 0.55%, Insurance declined 0.39%, and Financials dipped 0.35%.

In the Tel Aviv 125 index, prominent gainers included Electra Real Estate surging 9.7%, Palo Alto Networks rising 6.31%, Elco gaining 5.46%, QualiRepo advancing 4.24%, and Priortech climbing 4.14%. On the losing side, Nofar Energy dropped 4.42%, Nice fell 3.39%, WeSure Global Tech decreased 3.36%, Elbit Systems slipped 2.8%, and Ormat Technologies lost 2.3%.

Total trading volume reached approximately 2.4 billion NIS in equities, 5.5 billion NIS in bonds, and 1.7 billion NIS in short-term bills (Makam). Government bonds posted slight increases, while corporate bond indices remained relatively stable.

In foreign exchange markets, the US dollar traded at 3.072 NIS, the euro at 3.4857 NIS, and the British pound at 4.0646 NIS.
