The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange launched a new strategic plan for 2027–2031, approved by the board of directors, targeting an average annual revenue growth of 15%-18% over the next five years.

Expanding Technology and Global Reach

The plan aims to position the exchange as more global, technological, and diversified by developing new growth engines in data, artificial intelligence, and asset tokenization. The exchange also plans to deepen strategic partnerships in Israel and abroad while promoting foreign currency trading.

According to the exchange, the new plan builds on the previous program's success, which surpassed its organic revenue growth target of 10%-12% while improving profitability. The initiative includes exploring dual-currency trading for eligible securities, extending trading hours to overlap with international markets, and expanding data products incorporating AI capabilities.

"The new strategic plan marks the next phase in the development of the exchange and the Israeli capital market," said CEO Itai Ben-Zab. "The exchange of coming years will be more international, technological, and diverse."

Strengthening Market Resilience

Leadership emphasized that the Israeli economy and local capital market have demonstrated significant resilience during challenging periods. The exchange intends to leverage this strength to deepen Israel's connection to global financial markets, increase foreign investments, and link Israeli companies with global investors.
