Teddy Sagi celebrates: the company he invested in reports record results and jumps by 190%
Alltrade Recycling summarizes a dream half-year as a public company with a massive jump in net profit and over 120 million shekels in the coffers, which will be used to establish new production lines and factories.

Alltrade Recycling, Israel's leader in the environmental recycling of electronic waste, which is also indirectly held by businessman Teddy Sagi, reports record results for the first half of 2026 — its first as a public company. The company's revenues jumped by 123% and totaled approximately 61.1 million shekels, compared to 27.3 million shekels in the same period last year. Bottom line, the company's net profit soared by 190% and reached approximately 7.7 million shekels.
The impressive growth was recorded in the two main business segments: electronic waste recycling, which brought in approximately 38.8 million shekels, and project activity abroad (via the German subsidiary ARPE), which grew significantly and contributed approximately 22.2 million shekels to revenues. Alltrade's operating profit doubled to 9.5 million shekels (a growth of 107%), and EBITDA grew by 73% to total 13.2 million shekels.
The company maintains high financial stability, with equity of approximately 216.4 million shekels and a healthy cash reserve of 120.1 million shekels.
Gadi Reichman, CEO and founder of Alltrade, noted that the company currently enjoys a strong tailwind in the market, stemming from the tightening of environmental regulation and the rise in global demand for critical metals following the AI revolution, electric vehicles, and the transition to green energy.
The company's strong cash reserve is expected to be used to execute its strategic investment plan. This plan includes, among other things, the establishment of an innovative plastic recycling plant, an advanced production line for tin extraction based on the company's unique patent, and a future advanced plant for lithium-ion battery recycling.
