Israeli midfielder Tawi Abed scored his debut goal for Real Valladolid in a thrilling 4-3 victory over Leganés, earning widespread praise from the Spanish media for his stellar performance.

The 22-year-old loanee from Levante was heavily involved in Valladolid's attacking plays throughout the match. In the 6th minute, Abed delivered the corner kick that led to Miguel Rubio's opening goal, and repeated the feat 18 minutes later with another corner that resulted in Rubio's second header. He also contributed to the third goal, participating in a fluid team movement alongside Thiago Ojeda and Adrián Arnuncio, which concluded with Arnuncio finding the back of the net.

The defining moment arrived in the 54th minute when Abed capitalized on a rebound, tapping the ball into an empty net after Arnuncio's initial shot struck the post. Spanish daily La Razón highlighted his growing influence during the match, while local journalist Eric Martin Gasulla commended his versatility: "The loanee from Levante scored the fourth for Valladolid into an empty net. The Israeli played behind Arnuncio and showed great movement both centrally and on both flanks. He fully deserves recognition."

Following the match, Valladolid posted a photo of Abed on social media with the caption "touches of quality." Despite the impressive performance and a 4-1 lead, Valladolid had to withstand a late surge from Leganés, ultimately securing the 4-3 win, halting a two-game losing streak, and climbing to 13th place in the standings.
