Taisia Zamolotski sues for 200,000 shekels: "A line has been crossed here"
The complainant against Eyal Golan in the "Company Games" affair has filed a defamation lawsuit against his associate, impresario Israel Bondak, following a series of statements he published against her on social media and in interviews, in which he called her, among other things, a "slanderer" and "greedy."
Taisia Zamolotski, one of the complainants against Eyal Golan in the "Company Games" affair, filed a defamation lawsuit today for 200,000 shekels against impresario Israel Bondak. The lawsuit concerns a series of statements Bondak published against Zamolotski in TikTok videos and media interviews.
According to the statement of claim, Bondak conducted a continuous smear campaign against Zamolotski, in which he called her, among other things, a "criminal," a "slanderer," and "greedy." It is further alleged that he publicly stated that various parties paid her money to provide her version of the affair. According to the plaintiff, the remarks were distributed online and received widespread exposure.
The lawsuit also refers to another statement by Bondak, in which he claimed that there is a phenomenon where 11 and 12-year-old girls "rape men" aged 50 and 60, and that they should be investigated and arrested. According to Zamolotski, this is a statement that adds to the harm caused to her and her credibility, given that she is a complainant in the affair.
Zamolotski claims in the lawsuit that the statements damaged her good name, publicly humiliated her, and caused her mental and reputational damage. She asks the court to award her compensation in the amount of 200,000 shekels.
Bondak, who previously presented himself as a close associate and personal friend of singer Eyal Golan, publicly came to Golan's defense against the backdrop of the "Company Games" affair. As early as January 2025, in an interview with "Maariv," he suggested checking Zamolotski's past, called her "greedy" and a "criminal," and claimed it was a plot intended to harm Golan.
In the statement of claim, Zamolotski also notes the connection between Bondak and Golan and the public support Bondak expressed for the singer. It is further alleged that after the publications, Bondak received a personal greeting from Golan in which he called him "my pride." Alongside this, the lawsuit clarifies that it does not intend to attribute to Golan himself involvement or legal responsibility for the publications at the center of the proceedings.
Advocate Ohad Shamir, Zamolotski's counsel, stated:
"A clear line has been crossed here between expressing an opinion and causing severe personal harm to the complainant. Taisia was called a 'slanderer,' a 'criminal,' and 'greedy,' and it was even claimed that people paid her to provide her version. Alongside this, a statement was also published according to which 11–12-year-old girls might 'rape men' aged 50–60 and that they should be investigated and arrested — a statement that we claim illustrates a worldview of reversing responsibility toward minors."
Advocate Shamir further stated: "The things were said against the backdrop of public and firm support for Eyal Golan, a personal connection that Bondak himself presented, and even a warm greeting he received from Eyal Golan himself after the publications. This does not attribute to Golan involvement in the publications subject to the lawsuit; however, the court will be asked to examine the totality of these things — and it will have its say."
About two weeks ago, Taisia Zamolotski, together with her partner Shlomo Cohen, filed a lawsuit for 170,000 shekels at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against a resident of the south, following a video he published on TikTok and Instagram. They claim the video included offensive and humiliating statements toward them and attributed serious acts to them.
