Documentaries and Thrillers
Hot 8, Yes Docu, and Partner TV present the gripping Belgian documentary series "The Deal with Iran". The three-part production, winner of the Best Documentary Series award at Canneseries 2026, explores a thwarted bomb plot targeting an Iranian opposition rally near Paris in June 2018. The narrative traces how Belgian intelligence uncovered a plot involving an active Iranian diplomat, leading to a landmark terrorism trial and subsequent diplomatic crisis over a prisoner swap.
Yes VOD introduces the British comedy-mystery "Mrs Investigates", starring Meera Syal as a widowed caterer from Slough who inadvertently stumbles into solving local homicides. Alongside a weary detective inspector played by Craig Parkinson, her unique insights into human behavior provide a fresh angle on complex police investigations.
Partner TV broadcasts "Charmed by the Devil", a true-crime documentary examining a violent 1973 US killing spree spanning three weeks, reconstructed through extensive audio recordings and archival footage.
Animation and Anime
Netflix debuts three special episodes of the romantic anime series "My Happy Marriage", continuing the second season's storyline toward the anticipated wedding of Miyo Saimori and Kiyoka Kudo. Set in an alternative 20th-century Japan featuring supernatural bloodlines, the new installments follow the couple as they navigate pre-wedding preparations and unexpected encounters.
Blockbuster Movies
Netflix adds "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" to its catalog, the latest adventure based on the SEGA franchise directed by Jeff Fowler. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles must confront Shadow, a mysterious hedgehog voiced by Keenu Reeves, forcing them into an uneasy alliance with Jim Carrey's Dr. Robotnik.
Additional library titles available include the 1995 action thriller "Money Train", starring Wesley Snipes, Woody Harrelson, and Jennifer Lopez.
