Adv. Simon Jaffe, a co-founder of Barnea Jaffe Lande law firm, is leaving the firm after 23 years following a joint decision. Jaffe played a central role in building and developing the firm, specializing in advising foreign companies operating in Israel across infrastructure sectors and leading significant mergers and acquisitions.
Managing partners Micky Barnea and Zohar Lande stated: "Simon was a key partner in establishing the firm and its growth over more than two decades. We thank him deeply for the partnership, friendship, and significant contribution, and wish him great success." Adv. Jaffe noted: "After 23 years of shared creation and many professional achievements, I am turning to new challenges."
Founded 23 years ago, Barnea counts 150 lawyers, including 56 partners. Earlier this year, the firm announced a generational transition as Adv. Hagit Ben Moshe and Adv. Eyal Nachshon were appointed managing partners, replacing Micky Barnea, who continues as chairman.
