Rock singer Sawyer Hill narrowly survived a catastrophic bus crash during his tour after the vehicle's driver suffered a medical emergency and lost control. The 27-year-old musician shared the harrowing details of the accident in an Instagram video.

The crash claimed the life of 50-year-old father of four David Jackson, who was driving the tour bus. Hill recalled the terrifying moments leading up to the impact, describing how the vehicle hit a severe bump, swerved erratically across multiple lanes of a highway, and ultimately overturned into a ditch.

'Everything starts shaking, metal starts grinding, and then the crash. I'm thrown from my bunk in total darkness,' Hill said, recounting the incident. He described waking up to a chaotic scene where crew members, including the lighting technician and merchandise manager, suffered severe injuries and heavy bleeding.

First responders at the scene told the surviving crew members that the severity of the accident made their survival a miracle. 'Rescue workers told us: "All of you should have died. If you believe in God, you need to thank Him,"' Hill shared, expressing gratitude while mourning the loss of Jackson.

Jackson, a Minnesota native known as Rollingcloud, had a history of epilepsy and was posthumously found to have underlying atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Loved ones remembered him as a dedicated music industry professional who worked passionately as a tour manager and driver, leaving behind a profound loss for his family and colleagues.
